Description:

Swing check valve

 

Swing check valve, also known as one-way valve or check valve, is used to prevent the backflow of medium in the pipeline. The valve whose opening and closing parts open or close automatically by medium flow and force to prevent medium backflow is called check valve. The check valve is an automatic valve, which is mainly used on the pipeline with one-way flow of medium. The medium is only allowed to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

 

The swing check valve adopts the built-in rocker swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used at the middle flange, there are no external leakage points as a whole, so as to eliminate the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between rocker arm and disc of swing check valve adopts spherical connection structure, so that the disc has a certain degree of freedom within 360 degrees and appropriate micro position compensation.

 

It is suitable for clean media, not for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.

Working principle of swing check valve:

 

Assist the rapid opening and closing of the valve disc to achieve the sealing surface 2 through the up and down movement of the cylinder plug. 1 Maintenance and service

 

1 the valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent moisture, rain and rust.

 

2 the opening and closing parts should be closed when storing the monthly transportation. Meanwhile, the following work should be done: the a valve should be fixed in the open position, and the two ends of the B diameter should be blocked by foam board, and the port must be tightly closed with a stuffy cover to prevent dust and rust. C. the cylinder shall be properly packaged, protected against vibration and collision; D. the valve shall be placed stably with the pneumatic driving device facing upward and shall not be squeezed with each other. 3 regular inspection shall be carried out during long-term storage. Check the dirt and rust on the two channels and sealing surfaces and the protection of the welding interface every three months. After wiping the dirt and rust, re brush the antirust oil for protection.

 

Installation and use

 

1. The extraction check valve is vertically installed on the horizontal pipeline and is generally fully open.

 

2 the rotary check valve shall be preferentially installed on the horizontal official road or on the vertical pipe where the medium in the pipe flows from bottom to top.

 

3 the following work should be done before installation. A dismantled cover and foam board at both ends of valve passage, clean inner cavity and remove grease stain. B peel off the oil paper on the valve disc surface and remove the oil dirt on the valve disc surface;

 

4 the flow direction of media must be limited during installation.

 

5 the medium passing through the pipeline shall not contain hard particles to avoid damaging the sealing surface

 

6 the valve shall be inspected and tested one by one before leaving the factory, and the installation unit can directly conduct pressure test or install and use it.
