The installation, use and maintenance of Pressure seal Pressure seal check valve should pay attention to the following aspects: first, installation and use: 1 - the Pressure seal check valve is vertically installed on the horizontal pipeline and is generally fully open.
2 - the following work should be done before installation: A, remove the muffled cover and foam board at both ends of the valve channel, clean the inner cavity and remove grease stain. B. Peel off the oil paper on the valve disc surface and remove the oil dirt on the valve disc surface;
3 - the flow direction of media must be limited during installation.
4 - the medium passing through the pipeline shall not contain hard particles to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
5 - the valve shall be inspected and tested one by one before leaving the factory, and the installation unit can directly conduct pressure test or install and use it.
2、 Maintenance:
1 - the valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent moisture, rain and rust. When storing and transporting
2-, the opening and closing parts should be in the closing device. Meanwhile, the following work should be done: (1) the disc should be fixed in the open position (2), the ends of both ends of the path should be blocked with foam board, and the port must be tightly covered with a stuffy cover to prevent dust and rust. 3) The sealing parts shall be properly packaged, protected against vibration and collision;
3 - regular inspection shall be conducted during long-term storage. Check the dirt and rust on the two channels and sealing surfaces and the protection of the welding interface every three months. After wiping the dirt and rust, re brush the antirust oil for protection.

6. The valve disc is matched. When the Pressure seal check valve disc in the pipeline is damaged, the valve cover is directly opened, and then the pin shaft is removed to replace the valve disc provided by a manufacturer. It is easy to open when hung up.
