The Side Entry Trunnion Ball Valve is a high-performance shut-off valve
designed for safe and reliable isolation in demanding pipeline systems.
Manufactured in accordance with API 6D standards, it features a
trunnion-mounted ball supported at both ends, reducing operating torque and
enhancing sealing performance in high-pressure and high-temperature
applications. Its side-entry design allows easy access to the internal
components for maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline, making
it ideal for critical oil, gas, petrochemical, water, and industrial fluid
systems.
The trunnion-mounted ball design ensures stable operation even under extreme pressure conditions, while the reinforced body structure minimizes leakage paths and ensures long-term durability. With optional pneumatic or electric actuators, the valve can be operated remotely, enabling fast and efficient pipeline isolation for both normal operation and emergency shutdown (ESD) situations.
